Access the digital PDF version, and plan ahead!  We provide the file online in advance of the mailing, so that less paper copies need to be distributed AND you get the information first!

Home Delivery:

If you prefer a printed copy, please note that this season's Leisure Times Activity Guide is mailed out during the last week of November and the mailing list was generated at the beginning of the month.  You may watch your mail box for the next copy, or pick one up at the Chilson Recreation Center and other City locations on/after 7/29/16.  Once you have registered for an activity, you will receive a printed copy each season thereafter.

How do I register for activities?

Once you have chosen the activities you would like to register for, please mark them on the registration form, and then go online to register through the WebTrac online registration system beginning Monday, August 1st, at 6:00 p.m. You will need a major credit card to process your registration online.

You may also choose to stop in and register in person at the Chilson Recreation Center during regular business hours with Walk-In/Drop-Off Registration beginning August 4th, at 8:30 a.m.  This option allows you to use all payment methods.

The activities for summer through the Parks & Recreation Department are VERY popular!
