Golf Loveland has adopted a new No-Show Policy as of January 1st, 2024. To help keep tee times open and available for everyone, golfers who accrue more than four no-show reservations may be subject to additional fees and reservation restrictions. This policy applies to all three Loveland courses.

Below is the official course policy:

A no-show reservation is defined as any tee time that is not filled as it was reserved. Individuals will be categorized as no-show players if they meet the below criteria:

1. They do not cancel or modify their tee times 1-hour in advance or arrive with fewer than the number of players reserved without contacting the Pro Shop 1-hour in advance.

2. They make reservations and then do not report to play with their group.

When determining No-Show reservations for notification, Pro Shop staff will have discretion in cases of emergencies or inclement weather. No-Show reservations will be considered "repeat offenses" if they occur within a 12-month period from the first notification and number more than 4 No-Shows. Repeated No-Show reservations may be penalized as listed below.

• Mandatory online booking of tee-times with a valid credit card.
• Suspension of reservation privileges.
• Revocation of reservation privileges.

Customers who accumulate more than 4 No-Shows for reserved tee-times will be charged a full daily green fee per player. Customers may also be prevented from reserving additional tee times until all charges have been paid.

No-Show tee times have become a challenge that many golf courses are grappling with, including those right here in Loveland. A no-show for a booked tee time has a significant impact on the courses you love to play, the golfers who you share the courses with, and ultimately, your own golfing experience.

Our No-Show policy is not about penalizing anyone; it's about promoting responsibility and ensuring that golf remains a vibrant and accessible sport for all.
