Tips & Tricks from the Pros: Trees border the fairway on the left and the right. While the hole only plays at 377 yards from the tips, it is important to hit the fairway. Use a 3 wood or a long iron off the tee to leave a short iron 2nd shot to a small green. Play your approach shot to the front portion of the green. Going over the green is a certain bogey.

Tips & Tricks from the Pros: This hole is a short par 4. You can use a driver; however a 3 iron to a 3 wood leaves a more comfortable distance for the approach. Note: green slopes slightly front to back.

Tips & Tricks from the Pros: This par 5 is a great risk – reward hole. For the long hitter, you can try for the green in two but beware that the tree line to the right is OB and water is around the front, left, and behind the green. For most golfers, play it safe and lay up your 2nd shot to approximately 120 yards from the green; your 3rd shot will be a short one to the green.

Tips & Tricks from the Pros: There is water everywhere on this medium length par 4. It borders the tees to the right and also comes into play to the right of and behind the green. Hit a driver or a 3 wood to the top of the hill. This will leave you with a reasonably short approach to the green.

Tips & Tricks from the Pros: This par 5 will reward those who risk it in two; however, make one small mistake and the lake to the right will swallow your ball and make this hole miserable. The best play off the tee is just to the right side of the fairway bunkers on the left. The green will challenge as it slopes considerably from back to front.

Tips & Tricks from the Pros: This dog-leg right par 4 will challenge; consider par here a good score. Play a fade with a driver or hit a long iron or fairway wood to the corner of dog-leg. This will leave an approximate 190 yard approach shot. OB and a water hazard lurk on the right. And just to make it even more fun, the green slopes severely from the left to the right.

Tips & Tricks from the Pros: This hole is a great little par 3 with an irrigation canal to the left and behind the green. Any tee shot that is on or within chipping distance of the green is a good shot. The rest of your round is just getting interesting as this green is the first of 8 greens in a row that have considerable undulation. Finding your ball in the wrong area of the remaining greens will demand considerable talent on your part to 2 putt.

Tips & Tricks from the Pros: This dog-leg left, par 4 is an excellent hole. Trees border both left and right and an irrigation canal on the left is added challenge. Driving accuracy is a premium for this hole. Use a 3 iron to 3 wood off the tee to leave a short to midiron approach shot. As promised, the small green has considerable undulation and slopes from right to left.

Tips & Tricks from the Pros: You can play this reachable par 5 to the left or to the right. But to play this hole successfully means absolutely being to the left at the green as it slopes severely from right to left with considerable undulation. If the pin placement is to the front, you are much better off to be chipping from short of the green than to be past the hole putting downhill.

Tips & Tricks from the Pros: Welcome to the fun hole! An island green awaits you on this par 4. At 423 yards from the tips it is wise to hit your driver to the left side of the fairway and to play to the middle of the green and not to the flags. As the word “island” would indicate, water surrounds the green. The green, of course, challenges with undulation and slope.

Tips & Tricks from the Pros: Number 15 is a tough par 4 with an irrigation canal running the entire length of the hole. Right to left players can hit a driver off the tee but most should hit a 3 wood to keep it in the fairway. An undulating green, bunkered left and right and OB over finishes the hole.

Tips & Tricks from the Pros: This par 4 offers a bit of a breather off the tee, but beware of the double tiered green. If you choose to play to a back-hole position, watch out for the OB immediately over the green.

Tips & Tricks from the Pros: It’s better to be left off the tee than right on this reachable par 5 as dense trees border the hole. For players going for the green in 2, your shots to the right of the green will be forgiven; those to the left will not. OB lurks left on the entire hole.

Tips & Tricks from the Pros: Playing from 170 to 215 yards, this finishing hole is a tough par 3. Being left of the green off the tee makes par improbable. So, if you are going to miss the green – favor the right side.
