Update: Utility service shut-offs suspended through April 30
The City of Loveland will now suspend through April 30 (previous date was March 27) service shut-offs for residents with delinquent utility accounts, in recognition of circumstances presented by the current COVID-19 public health emergency.

Loveland City Manager Steve Adams and most members of the Loveland City Council who attended a large national conference last week in Washington, D.C. have since learned that two other Colorado attendees have tested positive for COVID-19, the disease caused by a coronavirus strain.
