Golfing During COVID-19

Loveland golf course staff are dedicated to protecting the health and safety of our customers and employees.  Golf course operations will align with recommendations issued by local health departments and the public health orders issued by the State of Colorado. We will continue to update and modify procedures and service levels as staffing levels and public health updates allow. In order to remain open, and for everyone’s protection, all customers must adhere to the following rules.

Reserving a Tee Time

  • Tee times can be made online at golfloveland.com up to eight days in advance beginning at 7P on the 8th day. Tee times also can be made by calling the pro shops; please be aware the phone lines may be busy.

  • Day-of tee times can be booked online.
  • Rental carts are available. Solitary occupancy can be requested at the time of check-in for an additional fee ($7 per 18, $3.50 per 9). Otherwise, carts will be double occupancy.
  • Due to a limited number of carts, carts may be unavailable during your tee time.
  • Pull carts are available for rent.
  • Rental club sets are available.
  • Staff will clean and sanitize golf carts and pull carts after each use.
  • Golfers will be paired with other golfers to fill groups of four. If you are not comfortable having other golfers join your group, please book and show up with four players of your choice.
  • ONE tee time, per customer, per course, per day is allowed.  Consecutive tee times are not allowed at this time.
  • We have increased space between tee times to encourage adequate physical distancing.

Checking In

  • Pro shops are open for check in and payment for your tee time. However, calling the pro shop to check in and pay is still and option for those not wanting to enter.
  • If possible, we recommend one person from your foursome pay for the reservation made and settle up later with other party members.
  • Clubhouses are open; face masks are recommended, but no longer required, for entry into the pro shops. 

On the Course

  • Staff will call each group to the tee.
  • Whenever possible, please observe the practice of physical distancing of six feet
  • Cups on the course are back to normal.
  • Bunker rakes and ball washers are on the course.
  • Please bring your own pre-filled water bottles! Water bottle stations in the clubhouse and in the on-course restrooms are open (seasonally) where available.  On-course water is very limited.  
  • Restrooms on the course will be open. Please be prepared with your own sanitizer for before and after use. 
  • Driving ranges are open at all three golf courses. 
  • Other practice areas are open at all three golf courses.

Pro Shops

  • Pro shops are open. The Larimer County Mask Mandate expired 2/11/22. Face masks are recommended, but no longer required, for entry into the pro shops
  • Staff is available to assist customers.
  • Clubhouse restrooms are open.

Food and Beverage Service

  • Food and beverage is available.  The Larimer County Mask Mandate expired 2/11/22.
